Oracle Poetry

I’m tired today and have decided to take the day off. First, I had to pay a visit to the Oracle at magneticpoetry.com.

I decided to let the words fall where they may…

    • I’ve been trying to up my exercise. I walked 4 miles on a hike on Thursday and it took me until today to feel coherent. I walk a couple miles a day but that was too much for me. I guess I’ll stick to the 2 miles. ❤️

      • I’m up to 5 miles (2.5 each direction) but it took awhile.

        • Whew! I keep working at it. I’ll get there eventually. 👟👟

          • It’s a process, like everything. Summer is the best season for my breathing, so it’s always easier then.

          • My asthma has been pretty good since we moved to Michigan. I’ve been working with Qigong yoga. It helps me with my breathing. I love how it makes you feel afterwards. 😍

          • I find yoga breathing helps too, but my allergies have gone haywire the past few years. I finally broke down and went to an allergist. He took some blood to see if he could figure out what the culprit is. We’ll see.

          • I’ve read that you can experience allergies at any age. There are so many climate change issues now. It’s making allergies unbearable! I hope they find a way to help you. I is Zyrtec and Flonase. It really helps. 😍❤️

          • Zyrtec used to work. I tried a bunch of things to no avail. I had to schedule a pulmonary test too which of course I couldn’t get until the end of July…at least it’s summer which is my least problematic time.

          • My pulmonary test is next Tuesday. I totally know what you’re going through. It’s good to have the tests. At least you have a benchmark for moving forward. Allergies are so difficult. I hope you find some relief, soon. ❤️

          • Thanks Colleen. Fingers crossed for both of us.
