Sitting meditating in nature. How long ago is that… You make me aware of how busy my life has become with all the changes in it and my work. I don’t want it any different but I need to change some priorities.

Oh, we all need a reminder, don’t we? If I don’t meditate regularly, I feel a difference. I have to make the time for me. Think of it that way. You deserve it so take care of you. Remember the reasons for your decisions and it will all come back to you. 😍❤️
