Welcome to my first new Haiku of 2016 for Ronovan Writes’ Weekly Haiku Challenge! The words are really fun this week: vast and clear. There are so many different ways to go. I decided to use “cosmic” for “vast,” and to use “clear” all on its own.

I thought this would be an appropriate way to start the new year! I feel such excitement this year at the prospects that lay ahead!

Cosmic forces grow – clearing the aura of old.

Clearing the aura of old, white light surrounds me.
