    1. I thought it was funny because in haiku you want to have an opposite. My opposite is that I can’t rhyme, even though I did! LOL!

    1. Mel, I love haiku! The fact that you should have an opposite in your haiku and mine is that I can’t rhyme, even though I did was perfect! (At least I thought so, LOL!) I am glad it made you smile. Thanks so much. ❤

      1. It’s my pleasure 😀 I have a lot to learn about writing haiku, but I’m exposed to so many great examples that I know I’ll get there in the end! I completely agree with you – it was spot on ❤

    1. LOL! Thanks. The idea is to have an opposite in haiku and mine was the rhyming bit, that rhymed anyway. LOL!

    1. That is a great definition of a sonnet. I had to laugh because in haiku we should have an opposite. My opposite was that I could not rhyme, even though I did! LOL!

  1. love the pun! And the fun, but I just gotta tell you Hun, rhyme is not necessary in poetry for it to make a run.
